The Triple Warmer (not an organ) refers to the 3 ‘burners’ – upper, middle and lower regions – of the torso which respectively deal with respiration, digestion and elimination functions; controls temperature, endocrine, thyroid, hypothalamus, pituitary; jaw, ear; energy; social relationships
Indications of Imbalance:
Fatigue (thyroid) – lack of energy, burn out
Temperature regulation – cold extremities, colds and fevers
Ears – tinnitus (ringing)
